I am extremely frustrated with the delivery service used by Dragonfly.This is the second time my package has been sent to the wrong address.It’s unbelievable that such a basic error could happen twice, even after I provided clear instructions.I want to emphasize that my vendor has done their best to follow up and help resolve the problem.They have been responsive and professional throughout.However, the shipping company has clearly failed in their responsibilities.Not only have they delayed my order, but they have also shown no urgency to correct their mistake or provide updates.As a customer, this repeated issue is unacceptable and stressful.If this does not get resolved immediately, I will be forced to cancel my order and consider alternatives.I strongly suggest that Dragonfly review their choice of shipping partners, as these ongoing delivery failures severely damage customer trust.
