This is by far the worst delivery company I have ever had dealings with. Every order from Amazon to be delivered to my home by Dragonfly never arrives. Amazon has it on my profile that Dragonfly is not to deliver to me. Today June 18th I was returning a package to a retailer that used Dragonfly to pick it up, I was notified at 7 am they were picking my item up by 9pm this evening. I was sitting in my living room and received a notification from Dragonfly the delivery was cancelled because I was not at home. When I contacted them and told them I was home, they did not even have good customer relations and courtesy to apologize. I notified the retailer, Purolator was notified to pick item up and within 2 hours my item was picked up. DoNOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEy ARE NOT RELIABLE OR POLITE. V Vaughan
