Purchased a very expensive custom large tube. Followed up during production to verify it was on time because I had a very tight schedule for a research and development project. Was told all on time. Called the day it was supposed to ship and was told it was on schedule to ship that day and no real benefit to expedited shipping due to our location. 3 days later (After the committed ship date) is finally shipped with ZERO contact from Dragonplate. When they finally shipped it they marked it as commercial and made signature required without my consent or knowledge then proceeded to ship it to a residence where UPS we could not be there to sign. We went to the UPS facility and attempted to retrieve the package but because it was a marked commercial we were not allowed to retrieve it, I called Dragonplate for 2 days until we finally got a call back. They re-directed it to our local UPS store. It went there but because we did not have a commercial account at that location it could not be retrieved there either. UPS returned it to sender 2 days later. Once back at Dragonplate they finally shipped it to us correctly. We received it more than 2 weeks after the original ship date and our project is likely cancelled. I requested some sort of concession for the multitude of mistakes and oversights made and have received nothing.
