We were SCAMMED by this company. They cancelled our drag queen with 24 hours notice but are refusing to refund our £200. We booked a drag queen in Brighton, months in advance, for our friends hen do in June. They stopped responding to our multiple messages and calls to check details of the booking in the days before the event, we had to use a number unknown to them to get them to eventually answer our call. It wasn’t until the day before that they informed us they couldn’t provide a drag queen which was a huge disappointment with no apologies on their end. They have however refused to pay back the £200 we paid. All in all a horrible experience and a massive shame for our bride to be who had been looking forward to the event, with no time to schedule an act with a different company. Avoid at all costs.
