We booked an act through the Drag Queen Agency for our friend's hen party the 15 June 2024. We paid up front and in full as requested by the company. Unfortunately, the Drag Queen Agency cancelled our booking last minute the day before the hen party and failed to provide a replacement queen. Although this was extremely disappointing, we understood that these things happen. We were told on the 15th June that our refund would be processed that day and that it would take 5-10 days to come through. It's now been more than a month and we have still not received our refund. Alex is no longer replying to our messages. As you can appreciate this has gone from disappointing to frustrating and we are left uncertain that we will ever receive our refund. We would categorically not recommend this company.
