The reason for my rating. £234 is a lot of money to put a camera down a drain for 15 minutes it would have been less time if they hadn’t accidentally deleted the footage and had to record it all again. When I received the billing invoice it had Look See Camera Work including Dye Testing and Drain Location. This is not what I had done! it was just (look see camera) so I asked if it would be cheaper as the work stated wasn’t done. no response through phone call or email just the bill of £234 which I begrudgingly paid. Then I asked for the images that had been taken of my pipe. Very disappointed to receive someone else images with their address on! In my job that would be a data breach. After at least 5 emails I finally got the video of my pipe. I phoned two other companies that offered to do the same job for me, a camera down the drain and video footage and recommendations given for £145! So please shop around as drain doctor is very expensive compared to the other two companies I phoned. Just wish I had done my research before hand. A very expensive lesson learnt for me.
