The same that happened to Rachel happened to me too… it’s false advertising. I thought I was just gonna pay £8 for two weeks and that would be it… not an additional £35 for two weeks later tgat involves some sort of welcoming package and the original subscription price like that’s ridiculous stick to your words! £8 for two weeks should be a one of payment!I find it ridiculous that you also have to email to get a refund back but the one positive I do have to say is they are very quick to email back and issuing refund.The refund isn’t quick tho… possibly up to 10 days dunno whose fault that is but with society as a whole going somewhat cashless are using more bank transfers you’d expect it to be quicker🙄
