This is my second order with this CompanyDue to the first order going missing from my front door. Unfortunately they were unsimpathetic regarding the first order but it is 2 Christmas presents so I was left with no choice. They sent me a photo of the parcel outside the front door and I replied with a video off of my ring doorbell showing that the courier did in fact deliver the parcel but they didn’t even ring the bell. Being disabled I wasn’t able to go downstairs immediately and it takes me time to get out of my chair and rely on a stairlift to get down to the front door to collect items.
