He was incredibly supportive from start to finish and always available to answer any questions I had — no matter how small or trivial. That level of reassurance made such a difference.I was collected from the airport and taken straight to the hospital, where Kerem met me personally. He stayed by my side while I had all of my pre-op tests done, which immediately put me at ease. I was then shown to my room, which was extremely clean, comfortable, and well prepared. Every member of staff I encountered was professional, attentive, and genuinely caring.The following morning, I met with Dr Ayse and her assistant Ebrar. They both made me feel comfortable within minutes. Dr Ayse took the time to explain the entire process in detail, and we talked through my desired results thoroughly. I felt completely heard and understood.Around 30 minutes later, I went down for surgery. I woke up about five hours later back in my room, warm and well looked after. The care I received throughout was exceptional.Now, just 24 days post-surgery, I am absolutely blown away by my results. I have barely experienced any pain during the entire recovery process, and I am healing far beyond my expectations for just over three weeks post-op. My incisions are barely visible — and I truly mean barely.The whole team has been an absolute delight to deal with, and I am beyond happy with my body and my decision to choose Dr Ayse Kalay.
