Extremely happy with my breast implant replacement and uplift! So I'm now 3 weeks post op, and so far I love the results. I'm amazed with how minimal the scaring is, especially around my nipples. From the very start of this journey Furkan was there via WhatsApp whenever I needed him.I arrived in Turkey and was picked up in a private transfer to go to the hospital. All my tests were done immediately and then the excitement kicked in! The following morning Dr Ayse came to see me and we discussed the procedure. She was completely honest and upfront with me, she was clearly extremely knowledgeable. Now when I went down to theatre a few hours later I was a little nervous, as those prepping me didn't speak English, but I was in Turkey after all. Just a heads up that this can be a little intimidating but everyone was still lovely! I was in minimal pain when I woke up, my first memory is someone telling me not to roll on to my front, so clearly I was comfortable! The nurses who cared for me whilst at the hospital were amazing, they ensured I was topped up on pain relief and regularly checked my vitals. Again there was a slight language barrier at times but nothing Google translate couldn't resolve. My mum came with me and throughout our time there we were provided all of our meals, we were surprised they made sure my mum had her meals even when I wasn't allowed to eat so she didn't have to go hungry. Now when I saw the results for the first time.. I'm going to be completely honest incase anyone else experiences this, I was shocked, they were very different and I wasn't sure I liked them. I went from very very large (but saggy) implants that I'd gotten used to, to high profile implants that appeared much smaller. There was absolutely nothing wrong with them but I just felt upset they were so different. This feeling took a few days to pass, and now the swelling has reduced and they're starting the drop/fluff process I LOVE them and will come back to this once I have my final results. The aftercare has been amazing, the scarring is barely noticeable already, and I feel so confident in my body again. As someone who swore they'd never go abroad for surgery, I'm so glad I decided to give it a go. I cannot recommend Dr Ayse kalay enough. Thank you x
