I was prescribed medication with 1 refill. Then when I paid again to reconsult and get an additional refill after a year had passed, I had a very hard time getting the medication I have been depending on. Then the policy suddenly changed from requiring a consult every 90 days to every 60 days (I was told these by two different support members on the same day). The service is very transactional and seems to heavily scrutinize customer data in order to get more of it.
