Dear Sir,I write to you shocked and disappointed after ordering from DrBake.pk for the first time. The first problem was timing. I was not given the option for choosing time of delivery on the website, after which the person delivering the gift did not inform in advance about the time he would be delivering.The second, and much worse, was the food quality. I had ordered Tikka Biryani from Student Biryani and flowers. First, can you tell me what Tikka Biryani is? Because the Biryani sent by you had no tikka in it. Second, it wasn't from Student Biryani - the box didn't mention it, it tasted nothing like it. All of this COULD have been forgiven if the Biryani had even tasted good. The Raita was close to expiring and the Biryani was awful. I live outside of Pakistan and I wanted my mother to have an amazing birthday but Dr. Bake have ruined it.Now I am receiving the reply that it was a mistake that we have sent from another shop and they will resend it again. Non professional attitude and pathetic service.
