I purchased a king-size mattress three years ago, drawn in by the lifetime warranty, as I needed a supportive mattress due to previous back issues. However, after three years, it started sagging, especially with two people using it. When I contacted the support team, they requested photos, but due to my back problems, I struggled to comply. They suggested buying a mattress topper instead, which was frustrating. The warranty seems non-existent. The representative I spoke with had difficulty communicating in English. Overall, the service was disappointing, especially for veterans. I recommend looking elsewhere.
