We agreed to have kitchen done with dreams doors dundee and paid over 5k deposit back on 27th of october which may not be alot for yous but it is to us. We have all the receipts. Since then had absolutely no communication whenever we call the showroom there is no answer and whenever we call the mobile of the salesperson/showroom owner steve again no answer to that or texts aswell. I have email emailed them with no response its like we are being avoided. Only couple times i have reached them they said waiting on factory and they would call them and give us update on that day however never have actually got that update. We need the kitchen done so that we can sell our property so this is very distressing the massive delay, while having no idea whats going on. Truthfully it seems like they simply dont care atall and at this point we just want our deposit back and go elsewhere as they have shown no consideration towards us the customer.
