I placed my order with dream fruit over 2 weeks ago, confirmation came through but nothing since, no dispatch info sent out. I followed up a week later with an email and still no response, I then went to the chat service they offer and got an automated messaged, I left all my details and screenshots of my order and followed through with a another email. A week later still no response. Only option I have now is to request a refund from my bank. They do not have a contact number and realistically speaking ignoring emails and the messages left on the customer service portal is not acceptable.
