SCAMNot as advertised.This company is supposed to call you within 2 working days. They won’t do this. from what I’ve read and my own experience they seem to delay because they want to find a flight time that meets wowchers minimum requirements but puts the buyer at the most inconvenience. They will do this so you will pay double for a more reasonable journey. When challenged they will say that as the voucher has been redeemed they ‘can’t refund you’. I believe they say can’t so it looks as though they are not declining a refund. I have seen multiple complaints with the exact same working. They will then stop contact. First time I called they hung up on me , the second time I had someone say they couldn’t help me as she was not working. I challenged this as she answered the phone and she said she’s just doing them a favour by answering. So either she did not wish to speak to me as she was not confident to decline a refund or they have someone not working for them answering the calls.
