On the night of 13th December, I received multiple bank alerts for declined transactions. Initially, I thought it might be a subscription issue, but it became evident that wasn't the case. My bank confirmed that this company was making repeated payment attempts totaling nearly £100. They were able to refund me quickly and block further transactions. This experience was very stressful, and I urge others to think carefully before using this company due to potential financial risks.
