FACTS Locked out my own site on first day of attempting a basic set up. The site went completely dead on me so I had no access to even any kind of customer support. PLAN Now I will have to rescue my domain from them, if I can get through to them on the phone. If I cannot get through to them I fear I may have lost my chosen domain. I feel that it is unwise to make any more specific allegations against this company at this point.
