I just made my 2nd person with Dreamstone. My first one was last December, 2024, when I wanted to upgrade my original 1ct mined E-ring to a bigger lab diamond. I did plenty of research on lab diamonds because they were not heard of when I got engaged. So I saw this gorgeous 2.75ct round lab diamond on their website. I just knew she was the one. I emailed them about customizing one of their settings height and prongs. Ethan emailed me back right away and I sent him pics of the type of claw prongs I wanted. He sent me a CAD. And we emailed back and forth until my dream ring was finished. And he even emailed me a video of the finished product to get my okay before shipping. Talk about excellent customer service!! I love my 2.75ct round lab in my white gold six claw prong setting! I get compliments all the time. I wanted to go wow when I opened the box and I sure did!!I can't thank Ethan enough. I loved my experience with them so much that I emailed Ethan again this past January 2025 about matching the price of a 4.24ct lab diamond I had seen online. He emailed me back to email him the link where I found the diamond so he could price match it. Two days had gone by that I didn't get a chance to email him back about it because work got so busy for me. Ethan was nice enough to email me back first and said don't worry about it I trust you and I matched the price for you on our website. Well I could not figure out which setting I wanted this time fast enough for my second round lab diamond. My original E-ring was a round mined too. There is something about round diamonds I love! I am turning 50 this year so this is my big bday present. I immediately bought the 4.24ct round lab before someone else bought it and decided to take my time when the diamond arrived to pick a setting off Dreamstone. I received the diamond a few days ago and the diamond is even more beautiful than I ever could have expected. Wow thank you Ethan for making my 50th bday a memorable one with this rock! It was easy to get the insurance too I needed on it through the link Dreamstone texted me. It's so worth it too for a piece of mind knowing when I'm wearing my two rings daily that they are safe. I'm not the type of person that only wears my jewelry on special occasions. I picked out a setting last night on Dreamstone's website for my 4.24ct bday rock and I'm going to email Ethan now to thank him again and about their 3.2mm contour setting they have to see if they can make it with six prongs instead of the four so my diamond is more secure. I am sure Ethan will accommodate my request He is great to work with. Dreamstone has the best prices on settings and diamonds! Their customer service is the best I experienced.
