Before I bought a diamond for an engagement ring, I went online and did A LOT of research. I learned everything I could about diamonds, and then I compared multiple webstores. After receiving multiple quotes for my budget, only ONE website called me to discuss the specifics for my engagement ring. Dreamstone called me on Thanksgiving, the only store that took the time to reach out to me and on Thanksgiving no less. The representative was Ethan and he was upfront, honest, and straightforward. He invited me to their show room to discuss the differences between each available diamond. No other diamond retailer/wholesaler I corresponded with before Ethan (and Dreamstone/Shaidion) would even admit that EGL certified diamonds are different than GIA diamonds. I was and still am IMPRESSED by Dreamstone/Shaidion Inc. My meeting with Ethan and Eli David was absolutely phenomenal! They took the time to show me different types of diamonds, all within my specifics and budget. They are professional and personal at the same time. They did everything they could to help me select the right diamond for me. I’m coming back to Dreamstone/Shaidion Inc. for my wedding band and ring, and I’ve told all my co-workers about them. That right there should say more than my inadequate review of Dreamstone/Shaidion Inc. and how amazing they are, from Stephanie, and Kayla (sp) all the way to Ethan and Eli David.
