I submitted my request weeks ago with very clear pictures. I got a review within days, but the illustrations were so off from what I submitted that it was absolute obvious there was no human oversight to the AI process. I asked over and over for a customer service to get in touch with me and they didn’t get in touch with me for weeks. Finally, as my child’s birthday neared, I asked to cancel my order and got an immediate response. I got a pretty canned email response about how they’re going to look into what happened, weeks later. There is no human oversight to this process unless you threatened to cancel. That’s why I’m giving them two out of five is because they canceled my order promptly without giving me too much hassle. Otherwise the service is abysmal. I’m fairly certain the positive reviews are all fake, if you read them carefully. Thanks for ruining my kid’s birthday gift.
