I bought 2 dresses off dresslilly at the beginning of November I just received them yesterday, firstly I was kept waiting a bit longer than expected but didn't mind as customer care were quick enough to respond and I waited a few more days and was excited to try on my new dresses 🙈😫how wrong was i🤨a red one was fine it's ok quality but the pink one was a joke I actually laughed when I opened it up it was pictured as a off shoulder vintage dress,fitted at the top and flared out with a white bow around the waist, I received a pink lycra material with very thin straps,flimsy material that genuinely did not look like the pretty dress they have advertised. I complained to customer service and got a reply saying sorry and as a gesture of good will I didn't have to send the dress back and I would receive store credit,when I replied thanks they replied back saying I had to send the dress back to hongkong at my own expense and when the supplier received the dress then they would give me my money back, UPDATE Bess from customer care replied to me in a very polite professional understanding way and dealt with my complaint promptly, my money was sent back to my account and I received a coupon for dresslilly and I did not have to send the dress back to Hongkong.
