I placed an order on 7th October 2020…

I placed an order on 7th October 2020 which cost a over £50 for 3 items, it is now the 13th November and I still haven't received the items, I emailed them more than a week ago to raise a query on the order but didn't receive any reply so I logged onto the site to raise another one today and see they have answered my first query but not emailed me so I didn't know they had replied, they have said that the goods were returned to the supplier due to an incorrect delivery address however the address is my correct address??? including the postcode!! They then asked for a small fee (not quoted) to re-arrange delivery however stated: 'NOTE: Please reply us within 3 days. Otherwise, the parcel will be abandoned or returned by shipping agent. In this case, we will not be liable.' however I didn't see this as they never emailed the reply so I only saw this when I logged into the website to complain again today. Very poor and I wouldn't recommend, I think I've been scammed.
