Item “Unavailable.”

Garbage. I ordered an sweater dress, paid, and then received no communication until I received the inevitable “Item unavailable” emails with offers of a refund or—their preferred option—a credit toward another item. I passed. I have seen this same bait and switch scam a couple of times before and from now on will not shop from any company based in China. Too often they are out of stock due to popularity and a delayed ordering system or had to close down unexpectedly or some other ridiculous excuse. It’s all crap.
