Absolute bs

Awful they messed up my address sent my package to the wrong state and claim they can't change it because it's been shipped. I've submitted several tickets requesting them to send it to my actual address the one I gave them in the first place. I even sent screen shots proving that they messed up my address. They just keep arguing with me that they can't change it and have not offered any way to reconcile the order. Oh also the customer service person claimed it was my fault that it got delivered to wrong place...
