Awful returns process

I ordered swimwear and some turned out too big. I have now been trying to return them for over a week. The process is ridiculous, you have to contact customer service who send you an e-ticket and say they will be in touch for 24 hours, I have now sent 2 in the past 10 days and had nothing back. Will never be ordering again.
