I was quite happy about the first 11 deliveries: the quality was quite good most of the times and they have pretty clothes you do not find everywhere. I always paid the little extra fee insurance to make sure that I did not lose my money if they lost the package.Unfortunately, last time I ordered, I received a message that they tried to deliver the package, but that I was not at home (which was not even true, because I was at home the whole day), but they would pass by a few days later. A few days later I received a similar message, again untrue, I was at home, but this time they also wrote the package was shipped back. I wrote Dresslily immediately and they told me to not worry and just wait a few weeks: when they received the package back, they would refund my money.But they didn’t. After a few weeks they told me the package got destroyed and it was my fault I did not receive the package, because I was not at home and did not collect the package, so I would nor receive a refund. After a lot of discussion I would receive a coupon of 30% of what I lost. Eventually, after a lot more discussion, they heightened it to 60% and in money instead of a coupon. Lost part of my money, never ordered again. The risk is too high.
