Only way of contacting the Support center doesn't work - so no solution

I wanted to submit a ticket for refund because the shipped items are either too small or/and of poor quality. Point is that I can't submit a refund ticket: after filling out all cells and hitting "submit" there is only a browser error code to look at: "bad gateway: error 502". Tried with different browsers and from different IP-adresses. So fault is not on my side. The majority of the order is still yet to come. over 200 euros in total. I'm leaving the country for vacation and I can't get that stuff refunded and expect the same with the rest. I'm pissed. Support center would'nt let me get in touch directly or any other way than to try submitting a ticket
