You should offer an option of zero stars. The purchase was promised to arrive in 9-12 days, 23 days later it has not shipped. The only way I found to contact them is through submitting a ticket. In filling out a ticket, I copied and pasted the information about my order straight from their website. They told me that my order number only had 8 numbers, but their order numbers have 16 numbers, denying that I had ordered anything.The Better Business Bureau rating for Dresslily is F. If you have not used a company before go to BBB and check them out. Also, on the website I ordered from they had a California address. Turns out they are actually in Hong Kong. If I'm not clear, Dresslily has earned a -1,000 stars! My last hope is to get my credit card company to dispute the charge.
