Order cancelled without notice. I placed an order at the start of Nov for several items, partly motivated by a warning that they only had a few of my chosen item left at the time I was browsing.I received my order confirmation and confirmation of payment emails and sat back, thinking my order would be on its way. Yesterday, without notice, the order was refunded to my payment method. There was no attempt to contact me to raise a problem, no email to let me know the order had been cancelled. If I hadn't been checking my statement I wouldn't have known until the goods never materialised.Everybody at DressLily seems to disclaim ability to resolve or even explain this; all claiming they don't have access to that information.Don't shop here. You're just giving them interest free loans,
