Shouldn't trust them if anything goes wrong

I am only leaving one star simply because it won't let me leave less than one. I was supposed to receive my package over a month ago. The post office said that it was an "insufficient address" (fine, okay. I'll see if we can get that fixed). They sent it back to dresslily and when I told them that and asked what needs to be done, they told me they will look into it and respond within 14 days (I had waited 17 with no response). When I had messaged back, they just told me that they can't send me my package again because it was "destroyed" by customs. What? And they didn't even offer a refund for something being "destoyed" that I had not even requested. Never ordering from them again.
