Shipment never arrived, awaiting refund

Normally I don’t have a problem with Dresslily and all of the products I have received from them have been beautiful and exactly what I assumed they’d be for their price, so I’m mostly giving them the benefit of the doubt for this. I ordered three dresses I’d been debating over getting for the past year, totaled around $75. They never arrived at my apartment, it said delivered but no one in the community has seen them nor have my landlords, this part isn’t Dresslily’s fault by any means, totally a shipping problem. That being said, I contacted Dresslily to see if they could give me a refund on my dresses. They have yet to respond to me so I kind of doubt they’ll refund me. It’s only been a week or two so I’m hoping that they somehow turn up at my place or that I get my money back. TLDR; Order from them for sure! Their dresses and swimsuits are great. Just be prepared to potentially not get your order and not get too attached.
