Currently dealing with the return department. I decided to try swimsuits from this company and when I received them they didn't fit correctly. I ordered the correct size it just fits weird and I have a big chest so I was spilling out but I shouldn't have to explain that to them. I was told I could keep them and they would refund 20% or I could send it back for a refund added to the wallet on Dresslily. I want my $75 back I don't want a credit. this is the response I received about their return policy. Our warranty does not apply to the following product categories: swimwear, lingerie, earrings, and clearance items, any discounted items and Virus Prevention items. All of their items on the site are discounted... so they would all be ineligible to be returned for a refund. this is super frustrating and I will not be using them again. I may have purchased in the future stuff that I know will fit me but I am angry that they are holding my $75 hostage.
