We bought 4 garments from dresslily end of jan they were delivered and they were so bad threads everywhere material so thin you could see through it material coming apart so so bad. We immediately contacted complied with support needing pics etc and they accepted we could return. This is where things got ridiculously bad as they demanded I pay to send back to a Spanish depot even though we bought and received the items from the uk. So after a month no resolution the depot refused to pay duty and I now find the items have been requested to be returned. Utterly useless do not expect even reasonable quality and forget their promise to refund if there is a problem.
