Never buy from Dresslily.I learnt my lesson the hard way.I purchased 2 dresses over 2 weeks ago as I need them for this Tuesday, the delivery details said it'll arrive in 3-5 working days. Brilliant, I thought.Well, I contacted them today asking where the dresses were.Not only was I met with rudeness and them acting like they don't care. They spoke to me like I was an idiot and that I should've read it proper as it said 7-12 days. If that were the case, I wouldn't have purchased them as its too much of a close call, as I know delays can happen.After over 2 hours of trying to sort it out and find out what's going in, I stated I won't be ordering from them again as the service is absolutely terribly. As an apology they offered me 10% off my next order.
