It seems I'm having the exact same experience as everyone else (majority); ordered in November, when no being told it wasn't available, when I mentioned I'd like to postponed, it was shipped; and since Dec 13, it still says clearance in progress. I checked with Royal Mail, they told that a package in clearance for over a week is not right. Either it is lost, but I don't think I'll ever get my money back. I work in customer service, I should have known better and check the reviews before purchasing. Must be scam. I don't think I'll ever see my money back, absolute disgrace.l taking advantage like that. And Yes, I did submit a ticket on your website today (third one in a month).
