My package was delivered to the wrong address by the courier company (I have another issue with them) Dresslily are telling me get my refund from the courier company which I can not do as I am not the sender. I am waiting my last reply from them regarding sending me a refund and claiming their money back through the courier which is the correct process before I open a dispute with the bank for my refund. This is the 2nd time I have ordered and my 2nd problem so I will not be using the company againTheir reply says they are responsible for packages but their email reply to me says that the buyer is responsible once it ships and it’s my problem.
