Customer service is good, productive was not intuitive, not responding to my input and giving clothing feedback that does not fit the laidback nature of my lifestyle.
These people are scammers. You can NOT get a refund when you try. They will not help you or respond to you. They don’t give a phone number to talk to a person. Every email was answered by another person passing the buck. DO NOT USE!
When I emailed, there was always a quick response. I was given instructions that I did not find useful, but then they assisted me so I didn’t have to use the instructions and I was able to find success using the app.
This app was deceptive on a number of fronts. First, it advertised helping you find an affordable capsule wardrobe on Amazon. Most of the clothes suggested were not from Amazon, and if they were, they were extremely expensive - one outfit totaling anywhere from $250-$350. Not cost-effective or practical in any way. Further, I had no idea I would be charged $50 for the second 4 weeks. That price is ridiculous, and in my opinion, I should have received a notice that I would be charged, so that I could have canceled. Now I am out $50 on an app I don't like and don't use. Super frustrating.
I love the idea of this great subscription just realized too late. How much it was gonna cost me $50 is not an unreasonable price for most but for someone who is on us $100 a month budget cannot do it. I will however try to get as close as I can to the things that you showed me customer service after getting me for $100 was reasonable in stopping my subscription
Unauthorized charges to Credit Card! I signed up for a short trial for $15.19 and was charged an additional $40 to install the app (which was required to use the service). When I contacted Dressly, I was told the additional charges were non-refundable - as if that wasn't bad enough, an additional $49.99 was charged to my card the following month! I contacted customer service twice and they were not at all helpful. Finally had to make a claim through my credit card company. BEWARE!
I signed up for Dressley and haven't had time too cancel - with my busy schedule, I didn't realize that I was getting charged $50/mo for something I wasn't using. I never received monthly reminder emails like I usually to do other subscriptions. I am now in the process of cancelling the subscriptions however I am now having to jump through several hoops to get it cancelled. The customer service repsonse is good however this is taking up a lot of my time.
I can not figure out how to cancel this crappy site I decided to try. The clothing styles are ridiculous, and so are the prices. I was under the impression I would get a capsule forthe 4 weeks I was paying for... what the hell are those changes for? I have also now realized they have taken 2 additional $20 charges I did not authorize from my account. Also the "1-800" for them is fake.
Terrible. I purchase the 12 weekly plan and then got the app on my phone. The app charged me an additional $19.99 for a pdf that I assumed was part of the plan I had already purchased five minutes earlier for $36.99. I had no idea the pdf was an extra charge until I saw it on my PayPal activity. When I tried to get the money back for the $19.99 upcharge, they claimed it was non-refundable. I could never find evidenced of the 12 week plan I purchased only a 4 week plan showed up on the app. Also, I had liked several outfits before signing up so I assumed those would be the outfits I could pick from but when the app showed me outfits I could actually purchase they were cheap items from Shein that were either out of stock or plus sizes only. I am a size 8 so the outfits were useless to me. I tried to get all the money back $36.99 and $19.99 and it appears I'm completely out of luck for the PDF and I have to show a screenshot of completion of day 7 to get my money back. I assumed this was Amazon, which typically has amazing customer service. You don't like it, you get your money back, no problem. Don't be fooled, ladies. This is a scam, and you will waste money, time, and energy on dealing with Dressly.
I do not like the fact that there is no option to "opt out" of certain things, like jewelry, shoes, outerwear/coats, accessories. I was looking for outfits, not entire ensembles, which get VERY expensive. VERY quickly. I do not need a jacket, purse & pair of shoes for every single outfit. That's just absurd
