I ordered two dresses for my mother. They were too big and not to her style. I requested a return but was offered half they money back. I declined, I opened a dispute on pay pal. They agreed a refund but falsley requested I close the case. I have emailed many times and received no refund or return address. In response, I have already had, two emails agreeing to a refund but this has not been processed
