The software didnt work for me, which is kinda ok since some phones are unlocable. (I wanted an FRP unlock)
Thing is the support is tragic and makes you believe the "company is fraud". The support is AI , they ask you for screenshots and your phone's model and log files (which do not exist). You send them all the proofs again and again and they just keep coming back so that they stall u and try to exhaust you.
The most serious thing is they DONT REFUND you, against all ethical rules and EU customer rights legislation
