Worked amazingly. Customer brought in an iphone 13 Pro Max that wouldn't restore after multiple attempts. The software let me know that the phone wouldn't restore due to a hardware issue. I found out from my customer that they repaired the screen recently. I swapped the screen and it allowed me to reset the phone. I am beyond satisfied with this software.
