is it possible I mean I just bought a mobile iPhone 16 plus which is second hand i have after I bought the previous owner was filed a case on the mobile and it was blocklisted but I have proof and It was locked to previous owner so I need to remove the action lock parmenantly to my mobile with version of ios26.1
