I tried to get an appointment through six different channels over the course of several weeks — no response, no proper communication, and certainly no appointment.Despite expressing clear interest in a high-value treatment worth €120,000, I was only sent price lists with no clarification, no treatment explanation, and absolutely no effort to help me understand the procedures. As someone with professional experience in the aesthetics field, I find this behavior highly unprofessional.It’s starting to feel like this might not be a real medical service provider at all, but rather a company collecting personal data and contact details. I strongly advise others to be cautious before engaging with them.
