Great product, but proceed with caution. I loved it and set up a subscription, but an injury halted my training. Despite the claims of easy cancellation, I faced intrusive questions when trying to stop it. They confirmed the cancellation, but later charged me again, denying a refund. I offered to return the product, but that was refused. This experience has raised concerns about their access to my account. Be careful if you decide to engage with them.
