Initially, I ordered a ball and a mat, but I only received the ball. I wasn't aware that they were shipped separately, so I reached out to the customer support team. Alyssa promptly informed me that she had placed a new order for the mat, just in case the first one was lost. I eventually received both mats and returned the extra one as instructed. Overall, Alyssa was very helpful and responsive, making this experience quite satisfying. I will definitely share this with my soccer team to spark their interest in the product.
