The order I received in my subscription is wrong. I've sent in two support tickets, one on Thursday and one today and still have not received a response. The order is delivered now, I have it at my home, and still haven't received any reply to either ticket. This is completely unacceptable, I really liked your products but between getting PLASTIC in my powder bag, the horrible ui where subscriptions are hidden (I still don't know where it is, I have to use the email I received to access it) and now this, you've lost a customer.
