Why I love this stuff. Convenience. So simple and quick to use. Couple of pumps into ANY drink. Don't have to wait for a tablet or powder to dissolve. It's in liquid form so it mixes instantly and I know it's not full of artificial flavourings, only what I need...electrolytes. Water/Cordial/Juice/Coffee..it goes with anything, unlike other brands which you then have to have 'THAT' drink.I notice a huge difference in my energy levels through the day. And when I wake up or after a workout...or just need to rehydrate, I add a quick couple pumps and done. Yes a slight salty flavour, but like when cooking, I find it enhances the flavour of whatever drink I'm having. Even water tastes weird now if I don't have a bit of Oshun in it.We also take the magnesium. With a baby it's really helped my wife and I to fall asleep much faster and deeper.Highly recommend.
