Placed order and they charged me but the order never shipped. Zero customer services, no response to emails and when I tried to call and transfer to the "operator" a toddler picked up the phone, clearly picking up their parents mobile. I asked to speak to their mom or dad about a water bottle and the poor kid was just running around saying water bottle. Very bizarre interaction. When I called back, calls went straight to "Josh's" voicemail with no returned call. Really a bummer, this seems like a cool product but super strange and clearly not very mature company.
