We love the product and we're receiving orders just fine until three months ago. We haven't received our last three orders even though the money was taken from our bank account. We have called but it always goes to voicemail and they never call back. We have emailed and never get a reply. We finally canceled our last order and put a hold on our subscription until they send us the product we ordered or refund our money. I don't know what happened. Things were going great until recently. We would love to keep doing business with them as we love the product but we are not going to pay for nothing!
