Over and over.Coffee is fantastic- Trade's customer service SUCKS!Even when you've been a customer for 8 YEARS,helped their business grow by referring others! When I cancelled they were just like "OH, SO SORRY YOU CANCELLED". A BIG SLAP IN THE FACE!!The most wonderful part is now I know all of the roasters and can order WITHOUT TRADE straight to roasters.
